A little of this, a little of that!

Yummy Bolay catering for our day full of meetings!

G and Daddy enjoying some of daddy's birthday cake! Ricotta yellow cake topped with fresh whipped cream and berries - his favorite!

Rum cocktails at Muddy Waters!

Scallops over garlic mashed potatoes and capers at Muddy Waters!

Chicken, mushroom and spinach alfredo over mashed garlic potatoes.

Red velvet cookies for G's teachers after a successful first week of preschool!

Shrimp tostadas!

My husband's spaghetti carbonara!

Tiramisu

Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts to make! It's surprisingly easy to make, features few (but key!) ingredients, and is always a crowd pleaser, because it tastes so fancy.

I use Giada's recipe and you can find the link here.

Summer 2020:

Valentine's Day! 2018

G and I made goody bags filled with candy, bubble and Valentine's cards for her classmates!

I also baked lemon blueberry muffins and heart-shaped sugar cookies for her teachers and staff!

Quiche!

I love making quiche! I usually use a combination of whatever shredded cheeses I have on hand, grated Parmesan, sauteed spinach, garlic, and heavy cream.

Tulip Cafe

There's a cute French bakery and cafe located near us in West Boca, and I enjoy stopping by after taking G to whatever Sat morning activity I've picked out - we share croissants with strawberry jam, and mama enjoys her cafe au lait!

Premier Cafe in Wellington!

What a fun spot! Randomly in the middle of a medical complex, this cafe features elaborate outdoor decor, and delicious coffee and pastries. Perfect for a post-park croissant and latte with my baby girl!

Thanksgiving 2017

I was fighting a cold (one of two I get each year!) but I powered through to prepare a Thanksgiving feast for 9 adults and 2 toddlers!
